Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. BYCLARA reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable items, or incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled, any payment made will be refunded in full.

Products

Every original piece is created with attention to detail and may contain natural variations that make the work unique.

I do my best to present colors, textures and materials as accurately as possible, but appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.

BYCLARA reserves the right to update product details, pricing or availability at any time without prior notice.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in your local currency where applicable.

Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers connected to Shopify.

Additional taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on destination country.

Shipping

Orders are processed within the timeframe stated on the product page.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to postal services, customs or circumstances outside of my control.

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.

BYCLARA is not responsible for delays, lost shipments or additional customs handling caused by third-party carriers.

Returns & Damages

Please review the Refund Policy before placing an order.

If your order arrives damaged, contact hi@byclara.art within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of both the item and packaging.

Intellectual Property

All artwork, designs, imagery, text and creative content on this website belong to BYCLARA unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or used commercially without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork or its copyright.

Personal Use

Products purchased through BYCLARA are intended for personal use only unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Resale, reproduction or commercial use is not permitted.

Website Use

You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its functionality, security or operation.

Any fraudulent activity, abuse or violation of these terms may result in cancelled orders or restricted access to the site.

BYCLARA is not liable for indirect losses, delays or damages beyond what is required under applicable consumer protection law.
